All renovation packages plus detached garages and sheds, including Houston. Rules vary city by city, so tell us your city (or that you’re outside city limits) and we’ll check its requirements.
Florida
All renovation packages plus detached garages and sheds. Structural work, additions and wind or flood zones may need input from a licensed engineer; we’ll check before you pay.

Do you guarantee my permit will be approved?
No. Approval is determined by your local building department. We prepare the set to the scope you give us and the requirements we identify for your jurisdiction, and plan-check comments are handled under our revision policy.
Are your plans stamped?
No. Stamps and seals are not offered at launch in any state we serve. If your jurisdiction requires a stamp for your scope, we’ll tell you before you pay so you can use your own licensed professional.
How fast is it?
Kitchen/bath and garage/shed sets typically take 5 to 7 business days; larger renovation scopes take 7 to 14 business days. The clock starts once your intake is complete, your dimensions are verified and payment is received.
What do I need to send?
For renovations: as-builts or a sketch, photos and key measurements (see the Measurement Kit). For garages and sheds: your kit/spec sheet or clear dimensions, foundation type and project address.
