What we collect
- Contact details: your name, email address, phone number and company name (if you give one).
- Project address: the address of the property you want drawings for.
- Photos: pictures of the rooms, walls and areas in your project.
- Plans and dimensions: measurements, sketches, as-builts, scans and other project files and details you send us.
- Payment information: payments are handled by Stripe. We don’t see or store your full card number; we receive basic details such as the amount paid and whether the payment went through.
- Website information: if we use website analytics or advertising cookies, they may collect information about how you use our site (such as pages viewed and the ad or link that brought you here).
How we use it
- To review your project, prepare your drawings and handle revisions.
- To contact you about your order, quotes and questions.
- To take payments and issue refunds.
- To keep records of orders and the terms you agreed to.
- To understand how our website is used and improve it, and to measure our ads, if we use analytics or advertising cookies.
Who we share it with
- We don’t sell your personal data.
- Your files are processed by our drafting team, including offshore team members who work under written confidentiality agreements.
- We use service providers to run the business, such as Stripe for payments, our intake form provider, email and cloud file storage. They handle your information only to provide those services to us.
- We may share information if the law requires it.
- We won’t show your name, address or other identifying information in our portfolio or marketing without your written consent.
You may choose to use third-party tools, such as online PDF editors or your phone’s own apps, to mark up your drawings before sending them to us. These tools have their own privacy policies, and we don’t control them or how they handle your files, so please review their policies before you use them.
How long we keep it
We keep your files and project information until you ask us to delete them, subject to records we need to keep (for example, order, payment and tax records).
Your choices
- Deletion: to ask us to delete your files and information, email info@aicadservices.com from the email address on your order.
- Questions or corrections: email info@aicadservices.com.
- Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
